Happy that our IMD leadership case “Jan Van Hasenbroek” featured in the September issue of the Case Centre’s Connect magazine. This is an interesting case about leadership transformation – from a man who would literally go through every submission and ppt with a red pencil, to a leader who gives his people space and support to learn and develop themselves.
