Writing & Research

Case Writing & Teaching Materials – author of more than 80+ cases and teaching notes, drawn from both in-company interviews and public-sourced data. Cases have been published in the Case Centre as well as for private company programmes.

Copy Editing – I support faculty in their journal article submissions with a full copy-editing service in English (UK and US grammar and spelling). A quick turnaround with tracked changes is available.

Programme Design & Directing

Whether fully online, blended or classroom delivery, I have both designed and directed programmes for leading business schools and their clients. Through developing proposals and pitching, through to interviewing stakeholders in the needs analysis phase, then designing and development to delivery, post-programme evaluation. Coming from a multi-disciplinary research background, my expertise is identifying the learning need and then developing exciting and applied learning content that enables participants to make an immediate impact on returning to their workplace.

As a Programme Director, I work with faculty to support their teaching and help draw the red thread for participants. I focus on translating the learning concepts to the participant’s professional context, creating action plans and experiments to ensure that they are confident after the programme is over, to create value from their learning in their organisations.

Business School clients also draw on my knowledge to review their executive education and degree portfolios. I have supported the leadership to develop degree programmes such as the Masters in Management, MBA and Executive MBA. I also support degree programme directors with regular programme reviews.
